Calvisius Beluga Caviar

Treat yourself today! This is the most rare and expensive caviar, defined by large roe (more than 3 mm), with an oval shape and a lighter grey colour.

Beluga is caviar extracted from the Acipenser Huso Huso sturgeon. A fish that can reach 8 meters in length and more than 1.5 tons in weight.

Originally found in the Black Sea, Caspian Sea, and Azov Sea, it was also present in Italy in the Adriatic Sea, and Ionian Sea.
